These Terms of Use govern the use of the website https://artsakhunion.org/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website“) operated by the “Union for Protection of the Interests and Rights of the Artsakh People“ (hereinafter referred to as the “Artsakh Union“ or “We“).
By using the Site, you agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy outlined below.
1. INTERPRETATION
The invalidity of any provision of these Terms of Use shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
All matters not addressed in these terms of use shall be governed by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
While the Terms of Use are originally defined in Armenian, they may be translated and published in other languages. In the case of any discrepancy between the Armenian and other language versions, the Armenian version shall prevail.
Captions and headings are provided for convenience only and shall not define or limit the scope, purpose, construction, or interpretation of the Terms of Use or any provision thereof.
The words “include,“ “includes,“ “including,“ and all variations thereof shall be deemed to be followed by the phrase “without limitation.“
Words in the singular form shall also include the plural form, and vice versa.

We are not responsible for the content of such websites or the actions of their operators. 4. MEMBERSHIP
By submitting an application for membership in the Artsakh Union, you provide us with certain information and consent to its use. We may, as necessary, request additional information from you during the processing of your membership application. You will receive a confirmation or rejection letter within one month after the application is considered. The Confirmation Letter constitutes an agreement between Us and You, and the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy are integral parts of that agreement.
The rights and responsibilities of members are regulated by our Charter and the legislation of the Republic of Armenia. Forms of additional involvement of members in our activities may be proposed and decided upon by both parties.
5. DONATION
Your donation made on the Website is considered accepted if We send you a letter confirming the donation to your email, which contains all the details of the donation, including the donor's name and surname, email address, the donated amount, and other relevant data. That letter is considered a contract between Us and You, and the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy are considered integral parts of that contract. From that moment on, the donation is considered complete.
Starting with the donation, your donated money comes under the management of the Artsakh Union and is considered its property.
If the donation is made through a third party, the relationship related to the donation is governed by the regulations of that party.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The entire content of the Website is considered the intellectual property of the Artsakh Union. Texts, data, logos, images, and other information posted on the Website may not be copied, transmitted, modified, reproduced, or otherwise processed for any commercial or non-personal purpose without Our consent or permission. To use the information posted on the website, you can contact us using the means of communication indicated in the “Contact Us“ section.
7. COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA
You give your consent to us for collecting, storing, processing, and (or) using your personal data for the purpose of ensuring the activities of the Artsakh Union and improving the Website in accordance with the Privacy Policy and RA legislation.
8. INFLUENCE OF OVERWHELMING FORCE
The Parties shall be released from liability for failure to fully or partially fulfill the obligations provided for in the Terms of Use if such improper performance was the result of circumstances beyond the reasonable control of that Party. Such circumstances can include external emergency events, regulatory changes that directly impact the performance of the Party's obligations (fires, earthquakes, floods, epidemics, accidents, explosions, mass strikes or riots, civil unrest, acts of hostile forces, wars, sabotage or terrorism, as well as decisions of administrative bodies at all levels or acts of courts), as well as all other events and circumstances recognized as applicable and declared force majeure circumstances in accordance with the Law.
9. CHANGES TO THE WEBSITE, TERMS OF USE AND PRIVACY POLICY
The Artsakh Union reserves the right at any time and without prior notice to make changes to the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, as well as the content of the Website, including modifying, adding, or removing parameters, content, and structure, and adding new functions.
In each individual case, the versions of the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy published at the time of your visit to the Website are valid and applicable.
